It turns out that stem cells from umbilical cord blood but also from umbilical cord tissue are particularly well suited for use in regenerative medicine. Already today, bone tissue, skin tissue, nerve tissue and heart tissue can be regenerated by stem cells. Prof. Breymann has been working on perinatal stem cells and their benefits for many years. He is convinced of the great potential and possibilities of perinatal stem cells.
