Sujok Therapy and Reflexology in Women's Health

Sujok Therapy originally comes from Korea and is based on the idea that the body is reflected in specific reflex points on the hands and feet. In combination with reflexology, this gentle method can support physical and emotional well-being.

In women’s health, many concerns are connected to hormonal changes, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause or emotional and physical tension. Sujok Therapy and Reflexology may be used as a complementary approach for menstrual discomfort, PMS, stress, fatigue, sleep difficulties, neck and shoulder tension, pregnancy-related discomfort or menopausal symptoms.

The treatment is understood as a complementary support within gynaecological care. It does not replace medical assessment or treatment, but may help promote relaxation, reduce tension, strengthen body awareness and support the body’s natural self-regulation.

Therapy process

At the beginning, we discuss your current situation, symptoms and individual goals. Selected reflex points are then gently stimulated through an individually tailored approach.

Treatments are usually pleasant, gentle and easy to integrate into the practice setting.
