Longevity? How can we effectively meet the challenges of healthy ageing? Healthy ageing from a gynecological perspective

On January 15, 2025, the Swiss Longevity Day (SLD) took place in Zurich, where renowned experts provided in-depth insights into current developments in longevity research. Prof. Dr. Breymann, gynaecologist and hormone specialist, presented answers and findings on longevity from his perspective as a gynaecologist. In particular, he highlighted the role of hormonal changes in the ageing process.

International experts addressed key topics for healthy ageing. The event offered around 150 interested participants from various specialist areas of longevity research the opportunity for interdisciplinary exchange and discussion of the latest research findings.
